After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation as well as an email that allows you to cancel your order easily. With just one click, you can submit your cancellation request and receive a confirmation.

How does it work?

Our warehouse operates largely automatically. As soon as an order is placed, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse, where the shipping process begins. This allows us to process and dispatch your order quickly.

However, it is possible that your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment at the time you submit your cancellation request. In that case, it is unfortunately no longer possible to remove the package from the shipping process.

What if my order has already been shipped?

If your order is already on its way, there is no need to worry. Once you receive the package, you can return it to us free of charge in accordance with our return policy. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full purchase amount using the original payment method.
